Description

Marketing Strategy and Instruments is designed to introduce participants to key concepts, tools, and practices of marketing and sales. Throughout the course, strategic issues of the marketing mix (pricing, product, brand and sales management) are discussed and practically applied. Based on the comprehensive understanding of the marketing concept, the course pays special attention to the role of relationship marketing, market-oriented management as well as marketing in a globalized setting.
