Course DescriptionThis one-week intensive course is designed to develop the participants' skills in creating, implementing, and evaluating marketing strategies and programs in an international context. The course pays particular attention to such international marketing issues as environmental factors, standardization and differentiation decisions along the marketing mix, as well as cultural and negotiation issues. The course stands out due to its high emphasis on a variety of exercises that help applying the theoretical concepts discussed in class.
